5 steps to get Strong, Beautiful, Shiny and Healthy Hair.

Nowadays, hair fall is getting very common amongst adults and as well as the students, because of their improper diet, heat and pollution our hair is affected badly. We don't know what is good for our hair so, we are often distracted by the hair products that we see on TV ads but when we actually buy those products we regret we did we buy those products and complain. But this is a business for them they have to give ads and play with peoples mind and fool them. 
So, here I decided to share some of the tips that might help you to get beautiful hair. I won’t be sharing any products; these are just simple tips which you can follow easily.
                                                              

1. First thing you have to do is wash your hair 2-3 times a week:
Washing your hair everyday is a huge mistake, if you wash your hair everyday your hair won't produce natural oil which is important to condition and protect your hair. We all get that feeling of washing hair everyday but we have to stop that, because shampoo has chemicals which will dry out your hair and takes out those vital oils from your hair. No matter how good brand you use but it is made of chemicals. Shampoo your scalp not your roots. Avoid taking hot showers, cool down your water then wash your hair because hot baths is no doubt relaxing but it will dry out your hair create tangles which could result in breakage.
2. Towel-dry your hair before applying your conditioner:
 First of all make sure you are using right shampoo and conditioner that is created for your hair type. Especially if your hair is color treated so you should spend some money on good hair products. Make sure you towel-dry your hair after shampoo and before applying your conditioner or hair masks, because if you take out excess water out of your hair this will help product to absorb in your hair nourishes and make your hair look shiny and healthy.  Never apply conditioner on your scalp it will make your hair greasy, and you will be suffering dandruff and hair-fall. 
3. Apply hair masks every week for dry damaged hair:
Try to use your masks of your hair type every week. But for naturally beautiful hair you can use mix 3 tablespoons of coconut oil, 3 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of honey make a mixture massage it on to your hair minimum 10 minutes maximum 20 minutes leave it for about 30 minutes I personally leave it for about an hour and wash off with shampoo. This mixture will make your hair grow faster if you use it every week and make your hair shiny, smooth and tangle free. 
4. Take Multivitamins and Biotin:           
Your hair needs nutrients. If you are not eating healthy food try to eat vitamins and especially biotin it is really good for your hair and multivitamins are good for your skin and nails, you have to take it every day after meal. But consult your doctor first.
5. Try to air-dry your hair:             
Don't use too much styling and heating products. Dry your hair naturally and avoid blow-drying or ironing you hair this will dry and damage your hair. If you are using dryers and irons use a good quality serum before blow-drying or straightening.
 I hope this information was helpful. This is what I personally do for my hair, protect your hair from heat and pollution, and avoid excessive use of heat styling products, use hair oils for beautiful hair. Eat healthy food take multivitamins. That’s all from me.

  2. I have a friend that likes to curl her hair using the straightener iron, will this makes her hair get spoil easily? Like dry or burn easily?
